As a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of signing up, without giving a reason. Because you asked for the service to start right away, you pay for the days you already used. Free trial days cost nothing.

Effects of withdrawal

We refund all payments we received from you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, minus a share for the service already provided until then. We use the same payment method you used, and you pay no fees for the refund.
